We have changed our rental concept, therefore we no longer have a permanently staffed reception.
You can contact all our service employees at the Service Center. The staff will be able to help you with answers to most questions and otherwise we will contact you.
You can contact our booking on weekdays 10-15 or via e-mail, which is answered continuously.
Arrival
We have packed an envelope with your name. Here you will find keys and information. On the back, there is a marked road to the unit you have rented. You can arrive whenever you want. The rental unit is ready from 3 pm unless otherwise agreed with the booking.
Departure
On departure, you must hand in the electricity reading and keys no later than 10 am. Late departure must be agreed with the booking no later than the day before. On the day of departure, you must settle your bill, pay for electricity and any bed linen. Electricity can also be paid with cash in the envelope, via vipps or if you rent directly from us via your booking. Bed linen must be delivered to the Service Center upon departure in a backpack.
Early Arrival - Late Departure
If you want to arrive early or travel late, it can be booked via our booking and a fee applies. If it is possible and appropriate for the season, we often accommodate requests for a slightly later check-out or earlier arrival, but this is promised no earlier than the day before for the sake of other stays, cleaning and preparation.
