Becoming a member is easy and free. You choose what information is relevant to you. We send out relevant membership offers in relation to what you have shown interest in.
Why Customer Club?
We greatly appreciate you who shop with us in the webshop and at checkouts as well as use our services. We want to reward you for being loyal and customers who shop locally - it means a lot more than you realize! With a customer club, we can much better target offers and benefits. We therefore avoid "general" discounts and offers. That's why you should become a member - otherwise you won't get access to our offers.
How does it work?
When you become a member, you will receive a welcome gift of NOK 50 that you can shop for. It can only be used once, so you have to shop for at least 50 kr to get the full value. Once you have signed up, we give you 200 points and from here you collect points. As you shop, you earn points - 1 Kr in purchases gives 1 Point.
Discount levels
If you have shopped for 3000 kr, you have collected 3000 points.
If you choose to use your discount coupon at 5000 points, your account will be reset.
5000 points = discount coupon of 10% discount on purchases over 500 NOK
9000 points = discount coupon of 15% discount on purchases over 1500 NOK
For example, if you have saved up 6000 points and take advantage of the 10% discount coupon for a purchase of 2500 Nok, then 5000 points will be deducted from your points account and the balance is then 1000 points + points from your purchase of 2500 Nok. The total score after using the discount coupon is then 3500 points.
Example of effective use If you are a family with a cabin at Nordseter or are a family on holiday, it pays off that only one of you is registered and that you use the one registered mobile number every time you shop. This is how you all help to collect points in one pot, regardless of whether it is just a love or a pallet of firewood you buy. If you are a loyal firewood customer with us, then you will be able to buy a firewood pallet at a discount every year if you do some small shopping throughout the year.
You can unsubscribe from the customer club at any time, but then you will lose all access to our offers and promotions.
